| I. GENERAL Enforcing club rules and regulations and closing the course during inclement weather or for course maintenance are the responsibilities of the Director of Golf (or in his absence, a designated authority). Information with regard to the rules and regulations of the three KMGA golf courses are available in any of the clubhouses. II. SPIKELESS SHOE POLICY In an effort to provide better playing conditions and reduce the damage to greens, tees, and clubhouse facilities Milham Park, Eastern Hills, and Red Arrow all enforce a non-metal spike policy as of Spring 1998. III. MEMBERSHIPS All members must register at the Golf shop and receive a starting ticket prior to their round. Membership categories are as follows:
IV. RESERVATIONS AND STARTING TIMES See our new Tee Time Policy. RESERVATION TELEPHONE NUMBERS: MILHAM PARK 269-344-7211 EASTERN HILLS 269-385-8175 All players in the group should be listed with the starter. The KMGA reserves the right to assign players to a group in an effort to fill up foursomes. Everyone on the golf course must have a greens fee, member ticket or the approval of the Golf Director or his staff. We reserve the right to prohibit any non-playing walker or rider from being on the course. Previously arranged reservations should be honored. If you have made a reservation and then are unable to honor it, please contact the golf shop. The starter should be notified of any cancellations or no shows upon arrival at the course. All players must register at the golf shops prior to beginning play. Promptness is important and repeated failure to be present at the designated starting time may result in forfeiture of starting time privileges. Shirts and shoes are required at all times. V. PRIORITY OF PLAY All play shall start from the first tee unless previously specified by the Golf Director or his staff. All 18-hole players have the right to make the turn without interference. If a group of 18-hole players are in the middle of the ninth fairway, no other golfers will be allowed to tee off ahead of them. The only exception will be during league play when 18-hole players will alternate making the turn with nine-hole players. Foursomes have the right-of-way at all times on the course provided they are playing at a normal speed (four hours per 18 holes). 18-hole players stopping at the turn for an extended period will lose their priority to the tenth tee. The Ranger has complete authority to make decisions on the course to encourage faster play, demand proper etiquette, and insure that all golfers follow course rules and regulations
